Darcy (sunnytat462) I do think that Mac did have a tough time in this one. The last few pages were hard to read as things ramped up. It was even more hard to read when Mac realized what was happening to her and she knew she was in so much trouble.

I hated the cliffhanger ending as I didn't want to leave Mac there and didn't want to wait for the next book to see what happened.

Toni | 49 comments So now I am reading Faefever (almost halfway through)and loving it....AND I am so excited because I went to the library today and they had Dreamfever!!!

Toni | 49 comments Okay, so I did not like this book as much as the first 2. Not really sure why. In book 2 I remember a few times being suprised and in this one I did not feel that as much. (unless the book moving thing was in this one? i do not remember now they are all running together LOL). It is still a good book just not my favorite in comparison to how I felt reading the others.

Lani (crahfty) I was able to start Dreamfever the moment I finished Faefever so the ending did not have a huge impact on me. It was like reading one big book. I'm grateful I started the series after the first four books were published. I just wish I was patient enough to wait until the last book came out, because the wait is killing me...

True Love Forever (trueloveforever) | 329 comments Me too. I read straight through them all. It is just the last one that is killing me to wait for.

Kelleigh (goodreadscomsunshine2047) | 34 comments Ladies, we have GOT to do a reread before the last one comes out. Has anyone set a date for a reread?

True Love Forever (trueloveforever) | 329 comments I say the January 1st if it comes out on the 18th.

haha.

Theresa (thesa) | 136 comments OK, I don't have much time coz I have to get back to work (it's not good to work form home and have access to GR) so I didn't read through previous posts, but have we confirmed that Mac dreams about the concubine and her white mansion? I wonder if that's her mom and ... oops, the rest of it is kind of a spoiler for Dreamfever.

Yes, I am currently re-reading FaeFever and it's interesting re-reading the books because when she is describing her dreams I can make better sense of them because I've read all four books already.

She did dream of the white mansion and the Hall of Mirrors and the Beast. That tells me Mac is somewhat of a precognitive.

I'm trying to make sense out of everything but at the same time I really don't want to because I want to be completely surprised. I don't even read KMM's newsletters.

True Love Forever (trueloveforever) | 329 comments or what if she is re-incarnated and remembers them or what if she lived there as a child and is the concubine and UK's child?

Shelly (mashbay) Just finished my reread of Faefever. Still wonder if Barrons was the little boy. Does Alina sound a bit Pri-ya in those journal entries? Mac doesn't think it sounds like herself or is Alina just obsessed/in love? And who is the woman in the journal? "I'd kill for him, too. Like I did tonight. And when I see her tomorrow." Obviously, who is the fourth in the last scene? Still think the "Beautiful Girl" guy is important.

True Love Forever (trueloveforever) | 329 comments Barrons was holding the little boy. And when he dies he finally realizes he had feelings and cared about someone. After that is when I think him and his friends went beserker mercenary crazy and liked killing adn started to work for the fae because they had nothing else to live for. I think he and the 8 drank from the flask and have lived a long time now. barrons was even at fae court for a while and killed V'Lane's princess. Or maybe the 8 are the UK divided up somehow....

Shelly (mashbay) No the other little boy that was captured walking through the woods or maybe a child of him. Yes, that was Barrons child he was holding, I assume. I also considered the 8 and the UK somehow related. I can't wait to just read the ending and finish this torture.

True Love Forever (trueloveforever) | 329 comments The one who grew up and wrote the journal?
It might be...

True Love Forever (trueloveforever) | 329 comments I don't know if he survived. I remember her thinking that if his book survived he didn't...

Susan (Suz) (sharney) ok, silly question or statement, but why is this talk about Barrons and a little boy NOT ringing a bell AT ALL? I just finished Faefever and I swear I don't remember any talk about that.....

True Love Forever (trueloveforever) | 329 comments It's when he is teaching her voice and she pushes back into his mind to see some of his memories. To be honest i can't remember which book it was in and the story about the boy who was captured adn lived with thte fae. I think that is what Dani stole pictures of our of Rowena's office. Mac thought it was about V'lane or barrons I think, but she learned about Fae from it.

Susan (Suz) (sharney) hmmm ok, gonna have to go back and try to find that..... thanks True Love!! :)

Shelly (mashbay) Yes, that's it. Sorry. I have 3 kids so I got busy.

Kirsten (kirstenlaniohan) Omg is all I can say about this book! I'm completely speechless right now!
Ok, I read this and Bloodfever in two days. This has to be one of the best series I've read in a while. Anywhoo, this book was great, and yet so frustrating! ugh!! First of all, the ending, was so hard to read. Poor Mac! How the hell does she get out of this one? And second, the scene with her and Barrons when she bought him a cake, and he threw it! I love Barrons don't get me wrong, but he is so frustrating sometimes! Lol. Or, when he caresses Mac's face then tells her never to show that emotion again. Sigh* Come on Mac and Barrons, give in already! LOL

☻Nikki☻ (nikkic1998) Kirsten...run, don't walk to get the next book. I can't wait for you to find out how she gets out of that mess! OMG!!! Probably one of my favorite parts of the whole series.

Kirsten (kirstenlaniohan) Oh, don't worry Nikki, I'm on it! Downloaded it on my iPad within minutes! LOL! And OMG that was by far THE BEST SCENE! I was like, finally!!!
I loved that he danced with her. Who da thunk? :) Barrons is awesome.

Susan | 2 comments I loved this book, but I have to say the end really threw me. I'm glad that I already have the next book. I can't imagine having to wait.
