I double checked the help pages but nowhere I found a guide about naming authors such as "ابراهیم نبوی / Ebrahim Nabavi" the original name is just "ابراهیم نبوی". Should I rename it back?

Does the author have any books in English (translations or otherwise) or not?

To goodreader's best knowledge (and my searches), No.

Then, yes, please go ahead an switch the author's name back.

If there were English books, you'd actually need to list the author in both Arabic and English, as though there were two authors, on the English books. No reason to do that if the author only writes in Arabic and has no published translations.
