The Mystery, Crime, and Thriller Group discussion

Hi there,

I've been enjoying this group for awhile and thought I ought to introduce myself. I'm a lifelong reader of mysteries, thrillers and police procedurals. Current favorite authors are Michael Connelly, Lee Child, SJ Rozan, James Lee Burke, Elizabeth George, PD James, Dennis Lehane, George Pelecanos, Stephen King and hundreds more (smirk). I joined GR when my group (Mystery Reading Friends) migrated over from the AOL message boards.

My favorite in the genre are probably And Then There Were None by Agatha Christie and The Stand by Stephen King.

In addition to the book talk I love the games -- 3-word story and lists. Great group!

Hi Carol, Glad you are enjoying the group. I'm a lifelong mystery reader too and somehow just discovered James Lee Burke and Dennis Lehane both are terrific.
