THE CLOCKWORK ANGEL WAS AMAZING.

I'm reading the Alcatraz series and it's totally awesome! I bet I could confuzzle you with the explanation of what itz about.

The Clockwork Angel series is called the Infernal Devices
It is a PREQUEL series to The Mortal Instruments (takes place in 1878)

Oh my God! DON'T WORRY! There is a relative of Jace, Will, in the books and he is WAY BETTER than Jace. WILL IS SO GREAT, he's sarcastic, with volatile moods, he's JUST LIKE JACE but everything is stronger! His inner-pain and sensitivity are five times that of Jace and... I CAN'T EXPLAIN IT. You HAVE to read the book to understand!

I KNOW it doesn't sound possible. Cissi didn't think it was possible either, she refused to believe me, but once I finished the book I gave it to her to read and now she agrees WHOLE-HEARTEDLY. We're in the middle of an argument over who gets Will, as a matter-of fact. (I got the book first! I claimed him! And she saw my claim! But she can't respect that, now can she? *growl*)
You gotta trust me. Read the book! Will Herondale has done the impossible! HE HAS RISEN ABOVE EVEN THE AMAZING JACE!
Keep in mind: It is possible, but ONLY because Will and Jace are related! THAT is what makes it possible! You have to understand that!

Jace has gold hair, gold eyes.
Will has midnight blue eyes, black hair.
THE ONLY DIFFERENCE.
Except that I just happen to like Will better. He's like... DEAD on the inside near the end, or dying... which ever works.

It just seems weird when authors make new characters like old ones.

First of all:
No, only Puck was in a Midsummer's Night's dream, actually, it's the same Puck, ...I'd have to tell you the whole story for you to understand.

Second of all:
THEY'RE RELATED. Of course they are like the old ones, actually these ARE the old ones, Jace, Clary, Alec, Isabelle and everyone else are the new ones. This is a prequel.
Just, PLEASE read the book. I PROMISE you it's AMAZING.
You will take back what you said if you READ it.

This book is The Iron King (Iron Fey book #1) and it's pretty good so far. Puck/Robbie Goodfell/Robin Goodfellow is one of the fey- one that remains because he was remembered in at least some small part of history. This happens to be because he was part of A Midsummer Night's Dream.

And he's awesome.

I'm re-reading Gregor and The Code of the Claw

I think I've heard of The Code of Claw, it's on my to-read list... is it good?

Its really good! But I would recomend you start with Gregor the Overlander 'cuz its the first.
