Congrats Matt! I remember my first presidential election I voted for Reagan back in '84...oh how young and naive I was! Wish I could take that vote back!

We have an active 3rd party here in Canada - the National Democratic Party (NDP). They're a bit more left than the Liberals, who are equated with the Democrats. It is interesting the effect that a 3rd party has in that they often force compromises especially when there's a minority government in power, as is the case now with the Conservatives in power. (Our conservatives are down-right cuddly when compared with the Republicans and the Tea-Partiers in the US, though.)The elections are a little more exciting, I find.

I have my fingers crossed up here!!

The 1st time I voted it was Kennedy vs Goldwater. For a long time I lied and aid I voted for JFK, because I was embarrassed I really voted for Goldwater :-( I remember being nervous about voting the 1st time.

I'm proud of you Boyz for voting!

So now that this has become a hunky-thread... who's hunkier? Footballers or swimmers, jocks or geeks?

Well, I certainly hope you tried to dry him off :-). It's amazing how clumsy and foolish lust can make up seem. I'm totally ga-ga over a new construction helper Chris has hired. He's perfect... Gods, I thought I was over that kind of obsession. Feels like I'm back in HS.
