Toss That Book Across The Room
I have NOT tossed a book across the room. If I didn't like it then I will donate or trade it away. I try to keep my books in good shape. Although, I have received a few that look like they may have been tossed.

lol, I hope I never come to the point where I toss a book across the room.
I tend to donate books too.

A Loving Scoundrel, by Johanna Lindsay.
Oh, that book sucked.
Oh Debbie!! Thank goodness I am not alone! I thought I was the only one who didn't like Outlander.

lol, good question! I don't suppose they've learned their lesson probably until the series is complete (if there is one). If not...well, I guess their in perpetual lock down into further notice lol

Years ago I remember reading and tossing

I'm sure there are others. I just can't think of them.

I agree! Couldn't toss it (it weighed too much!) but I felt like it!!!
I confess I checked out every single book listed above as a tosser...kind of like seeing a car wreck on the side of the road . . .

This seems to happen every time I try to read a Stephanie Plum book beyond Book 5 and I find her limbo-eing between Morelli and Ranger yet again!

I forgot I lightly tossed these books:
(surprise butt sex-hate that!)
(heroine is in abusive relationship, which is described in disgusting detail, and surprise butt sex-yuck!)

Funny there is also supernatural butt sex in Lyonwhich was a bit wierd.

I think i'm getting immune to that stuff. Once you find yourself turning a book trying to work out how the heck three people, two of which are over six feet tall can have a three-some in a limo, your mind can blank out the icki stuff. lol!
PS, does anyone who has read the lord of satyr books get the image of a little alien thing with a sucker when they talk about the second ding-dong???
Bless you, Gem. I can't deal with that stuff. Bleh! I've read the reviews for the Lords of Satyr books. Too weird for me. I like weird, but I can't handle weird sex at all.

You should read book 8 will help Stephanie stops limboing........

Wow Lashell! That was money wasted. Of course, if the book was in print, it would have been money wasted too, if the book wasn't bought for dirt cheap like 25 cents are up to a dollar.
I think I literally did throw Outlander across the room. I have started many library books only to put them aside and return them unread.
Yep, I'm pretty sure I got that one from the library. It went back quickly and luckily was not damaged from its toss.

Thanks Linda! I did read 11 and she was in limbo yet again there. I just want her to commit. Morelli, Ranger, or none of them. :)

I liked that book, but the ending was a bit of a cop out, as in, didn't you realize this all this time Paige?

I got Outlander from the library this month just to know what the hype is all about. Not sure I'll get through it but nice to know not everyone is raving about it. :)

I am rereading the Outlander series right now..........Love Love Love it!! Especially the story between Jamie and Claire.
I've never read it. It's a very long book. I might read it one day and I know it will take me a very long time to finish it.

Me too Gem!! I'm glad I'm not alone. It was my secret shame in the romance novel world. Well, that and I don't like the BDB books either.

I have never tossed a book that I was reading across the room, but I did read where readers admitted to throwing a book that they were reading across the room.
lol, a lot of readers now own ereaders. I'm sure if a book gets to them, they will not throw their ereader across the room. They might delete the book.
