This book is set before 1 C.E.

Book 2: Visit to Peace Palace -- Unholy Promises by Roxy Harte
One of the main characters in this book is a spy who formerly worked for a secret international agency and now works for the US. Another main character is a spy in the secret international agency. Much of the plot surrounds the activities of the agents in the book.

The Land of Painted Caves is a big book at 757 pages. Roxy Harte is a GR author.
