But I was able to meet all but one of the challenges by perusing my log of books I read in that time period. The only one i missed was the actual Sherlock HOlmes story or pastiche. Whichi is rather odd because i have a whole shelf full of SH stories and spin offs...Mrs Hudson, Mycroft Holmes, Irene Adler, Moriarty.

1. Sherlock Holmes – Read a book with a detective or private eye as a main character.

Christy Brannen (murdermostbritish) | 100 comments The Man in the Queue was actually a DNF for me...I got about halfway through and set it down. I'm just not really into police procedurals I guess...I have read other works of Josephine Tey's and enjoyed them...
