Best wishes for the blog (and like Cambria, I think it looks pretty!)! :-)

When murderous vampires attack her home, 17-year-old Alexa is forced to leave her mother for dead in order to save her sister. She soon learns that she is the last known member of an elite race of supernatural Warriors, and is thrust into a world full of vampires and werewolves who all seem to regard her as some sort of savior. Meanwhile, Alexa battles a monster within herself that seeks to gain control; a monster that seeks blood.
The hidden city she finds herself in appears perfect, but Alexa's instincts tell her that all is not right within its walls. When she is asked to attend a school of fighters, whose exams consist of gladiator-style competitions, she must decide who she can trust among the smiling faces. And, when she meets Kayden, a vampire she feels undeniably drawn to, she must decide if she can trust herself.
It's available above for $.99 but if you want I could send you a free file. Thanks for consideration! :)

Sorry again... I must be getting old... and I WMMB (like I said in another thread - I Want My Memory Back!)! :-D

I'm not sure if it'll be up your alley, but I'd love a review of my upper middle grade, science fiction story, Noah Zarc: Mammoth trouble. Here's the back cover blurb:
Noah lives for piloting spaceships through time, dodging killer robots and saving Earth’s animals from extinction. Life couldn’t be better. However, the twelve-year-old time traveler soon learns it could be a whole lot worse. His mom is abducted and taken to thirty-first century Mars; his dad becomes stranded in the Ice Age; and Noah is attacked at every turn by a foe bent on destroying a newly habitable, post apocalyptic Earth.
Traveling through time in the family’s immense spaceship, Noah, a paraplegic from birth, must somehow care for the thousands of animals on board, while finding a way to rescue his parents. Along the way, he discovers his mother and father aren’t who he thought they were, and there is strength inside him he didn’t know he had.
If you are interested, I'd be happy to send a copy your way in any format you prefer.
Thanks.
Noah Zarc: Mammoth Trouble

Abby's family prides itself with its knowledge of their rich family history. While trying to survive her summer job armed only with her sarcastic wit and her best friend Cory, she learns to watch what she wishes for. When she is kidnapped, her entire family is left wondering.
Do they know their family history as well as they think?

Does this sound like something you'd enjoy?
Dale had everything—dream job, dream girl, dream life. When he moved to New York to chase his dreams, he never planned on returning to the Indiana farm where he grew up. Yet, one phone call from his ex-fiance brings him back to face the brothers he abandoned and the consequences of the choices he made in pursuit of those dreams. Will a father's last wish be the key to reuniting a family torn apart by tragedy? Or will Dale lose everything while driving to BelAir.
If so, let me know, and I'll email you the mobi I uploaded to Amazon. If not, no worries.
Happy reading!

Would you be interested in reviewing my fantasy novel, Thief of Hope? Here's the blurb:
Sydney, a street urchin and pickpocket in the town of Last Hope, has managed to evade the oppressive Guild for years, but there is no escaping fate when she's sentenced to death for associating with the resistance. After she's rescued by a wizard, Sydney is forced to accept that magic-long outlawed throughout the Kingdom of Thanumor-still exists, and the Tuatha, a powerful faery folk, are much more than ancient myth and legend. When the wizard offers a chance to fight the Guild and bring Willem, bastard prince and champion of the Tuatha, to the throne, Sydney embraces the cause as a way to find her own redemption. But Sydney's fear of the Guild, distrust of authority, and surprising connection to the Tuatha threaten Willem's success. Can she untangle the strange threads that entwine her life not only to the fate of the kingdom, but also to Willem himself?
If you're interested, let me know and I can send a PDF. Thanks!

Emily Watts just wants a weekend break from the workaholic hours she's taken on to keep her business--a popular fashion-snark web site--up and running. What she gets is overnight celebrity and a career-killing media scandal.
While taking time out to attend a concert in support of friend Jesse Cinder, a struggling musician, Emily meets Cory Sampson, the lead singer of a chart-topping rock band. When she agrees to a date with Cory, making entertainment headlines is the last thing she expects. Even so, it's a minor surprise by comparison to her discovery that in the music world, media notoriety trumps all. Tabloid allegations erupt when Cory and fame-hungry Jesse use Emily for personal gain, and her tarnished image spells disaster--personally and professionally. To save the web site and writing career she's made her life and dream, Emily must go from being a pawn in the Hollywood headline game to becoming the media mastermind.
Either way, thank you! :)

Hi there!
I'd love to read it - sounds exactly like my kind of chick lit. My email address is on my profile if you want to discuss it?

Ten years ago, Lexie Dodson fled her home in rural Ohio, leaving behind a heartbroken brother and abandoning a devastated fiancé. While chasing her desire of a fast-paced life in the city, and the obscurity of urban life, she is shaken to her very core by an act of violence that leaves her betrayed, broken, and pregnant—and with nowhere to go but home.
Seeking refuge and facing gut-wrenching decisions, she is confronted not only with the past she left behind, but also with a love that never died—a love waiting for something to stoke the flames.
Send me a message or let me know if your interested. Thanks!

Hi Tara, thank you so much! :) I will send you an email later today.

I have two short stories that I'd love for you to review.

I have more info about the stories on my website: www.jensteen.net if you're interested.
Tara,
I would love for you to review a couple of books, if you think they would tickle your fancy. I completely understand about time constraints, however. The first is On the Matter of the Red Hand. It is available as a MOBI file or as a PDF. Here is the description as shown on Amazon:
It is night in the city of Teredon, and it is raining. In the shadows, a lone man stands, watching a building across the street. He has been guided here by strange visions- visions that seem to senselessly whisper of dark deeds.
Those visions guides him down a narrow path. Here, surreal, dreamy images lead to the Scarlet Cellar- a haven of criminals that seem untouchable by the hand of the law. Soon, he learns of a missing girl- and her angry, powerful brother. Each is another step down a twisted road that leads to forbidden alchemies and horrific experiments hidden in plain sight.
In a city powered by steam and ancient technology, he is the only one who can understand the true horror of what is happening.
He is Thom, the Judicar.
In two days, his visions will be gone.
The other is the Herald of Autumn, also available in MOBI or PDF formats. Here is the description as shown on Amazon:
Stories live.
They breathe.
They walk the land.
Tommy Maple is the Herald of Autumn, one of the last of his kind. Every year, with the dawn of fall, he awakens, to again wander the land. Wherever he goes, red leaves and cold wind follows him, and wherever he goes- he hunts. There are things unseen in the world of men, strange things that live in the cracks between places. It is Tommy's place to hunt them, protecting us from the darkness that we cannot see.
As the Untold Age dawns, he is one of the few faeling creatures that remains in our world. Creatures borne and breathing stories and magic, and now their age is at an end.
This Autumn , however, is different from those in the past. Tommy awakens to the taunting of an age-old enemy, and is powerless before him. Soon, a sinister tale unfolds- a story that spans centuries and the entire continent, and ends with one bone chilling point.
The Untold Age isn't coming- it's already here.
It's harbingers walk the land.
Now Tommy faces a foe unlike anything he has ever faced before. But soon it is obvious that even one of the last talebourne cannot stand against the cold that comes, and Tommy learns that perhaps, the end is in fact inevitable.
The Untold Age comes.
Please let me know if you would like either (or both) for review. I would appreciate reviews on Goodreads and Amazon. Thank you for your time.

My name is Lynn Floyd and I’m a new author who is fixing to re-release my Fantasy Romance What Lies Before Us. It is a beautiful story of adventure, magic and love.
Synopsis:
After the loss of her older sister, Abbie’s parents are reluctant to let her go anywhere. But you can only keep adventures at bay for so long.
To seek their destiny, Abbie and Phyl and their guardian ghosts will embark on an incredible journey. Meeting mermaids, ogres, dragons… and at least one really cute guy.
The question is, will destiny hold what they think it will hold?
I have free unedited review copies available. Let me know if you are interested.
Thank you for your consideration.
Sincerely
Lynn Floyd

I read mostly everything, but am most interested in fantasy, romance, dystopian, YA, historical fic and chick lit. That said, I'm always worth asking on anything else!
I'd be more than happy to review anything you want to throw at me, and I'd love to host some author interviews!
