I LOVE this book!!! It's so breathtaking and exiting! I cannot think of a more "on the edge of your seat" book, can you?

I don't know about love, but I really enjoyed it. It was actually one my sister had, I read her copy first. Years later I was able to find my own copy.

When I homeschooled my son we read this aloud; it's one of our favorite books!
I've been trying to find a copy for my kids to read since I loved it as a kid myself.
Gordon, doesn't your library have it? Amazon has the paperback for $5.39.
I read this book when I was in 5th grade. I never forgot it and when I became a teacher I read it to my students. I wish someone would turn it into a movie.
