Cover to Cover Challenge discussion

Since I don't want to overwhelm you guys with everything we'll have for 2012 all at one go, I'm going to spread out the updates in separate posts.

I've already posted two big posts about the readathon, so I'll keep this one short. There will be six readathons next year - one every two months, all in the last week of the respective months. Based on all the readathon polls we had this and last year, I took the liberty of selecting the dates, so that we can avoid all the polls and the mass emails. I will still send out reminders before the readathon.
