Whats a flash fic?

I think (not positive so don't quote me on this) that it is fiction that you just write without warning. There is no outline, no plan, you just pick up a pencil and write.

it's like a short short story ... like a page long. i had to write one for english. it was rlly bad though. lol

Yeah, but that doesn't HAVE to be a flash fic. I actually prefer short shorts. :) WEll, writing them, at least. ANd reading them is cool, if you can find them.

yeah. i'm not so good at writing them though. haha

Haha, yeah. I'm a weird writer. You want to know why?

1)I write in order
2)Dialogue is easy for me, while many others struggle to make it sound not cheesy.
3)I have more difficulty writing something long than something short. I'm naturally concise, and I have to work to make something longer.

same here, for the first two. i ALWAYS write in order. and i love writing dialogue ... well making it sound cheesy is sometimes an issue, but it's easy to write cuz it flows well for me. but on the third one, i'm the total opposite – i can't write something short for my life. lol. i rant too much ... which is bad ... >.<

I know, most people can't write concisely. And I just... do.
