You know what would be a fun prize S&L could give away? Letting a listener pick the secondary book choice, also costs you nothing and infinitely reusable.

You all know, how much we listeners enjoy even the smallest inkling of being in power.

Also, I agree, it would be a great idea. It would maybe even be enough to allow for a selection of four or five books provided by the lucky winner from which the rest of the community can choose.

How about hosting a tiny section of the pod cast. A why I love this book or somesuch.

I almost agree with you having read Rule34, Empire State, and IQ84 none of them are over 3 stars for me at least.

surely it would be about promoting the show like posting on facebook, tweeting, reviewing on itunes etc.. or they could find a way to harness our vast powers for evil... most babies robbed, buildings graffitied, puppies kicked?

That's why I suggested offering four choices (made by the lucky winner) and the listeners can vote in a poll.

If they ever have listen recommendations I demand they be called: The poisoned Chalice.
