We can't use book covers from Amazon as it's against their T&Cs - can you provide a cover image from a non-copyrighted source?

Not to worry - there was a cover on World Cat, which we can use - updated :-)

Do you have a source for the cover image from a non-commercial site (your own scanned copy, a publisher, author web site)? We can't use covers from booksellers anymore.
