Mary Findley | 71 comments Steve Biddison would like to restore his books. He has Barnes and Noble Data, but we don't know which book is which. Does it matter? How do we tell? Thank you! These three come up under a search by his name.

Is Steve Biddison a goodreads member or author? I can't find him in a search for author name.

Could you open the link to each of these books and then copy-paste the url back to this thread?

Mary Findley | 71 comments Below is the page link that came up when I searched his name. Under each unknown book is the link to the rescue page. Hope this helps.

I found

It's a Kindle book: Pursuing Your God-Given Dreams

Ten Minutes to Better Living

Coaching from the Heart

If these are all authored by Steve, then it explains why I couldn't find his name in the search. You should be able to rescue them now. We can help post book covers, if you have them from a non-commercial site.

Mary Findley | 71 comments Great! I can restore them with Barnes and Noble info as long as I match up those 13 ... numbers, correct?

Please don't use information from any booksellers. Doesn't the author have records of his books' ISBNs?

Paula (paulaan) | 7014 comments Got them

If covers are needed then a link to a non amazon / book selling site is need to get them

message 8: by [deleted user] (new)

Actually, we are not allowed to use any info from book sellers. Do you own these books? Then you can rescue them because you own them.

Otherwise, I'll have to double-check or see if another librarian can explain it to both of us. (I'm a bit new at this -- sorry.)

How did you fix them, Paula? Where did you find non-commercial records for them?

message 10: by Mary (new)

Mary Findley | 71 comments Oh. Ok. I will let him know that. Thank you! Does he need separate cover files also?

message 11: by Mary (new)

Mary Findley | 71 comments He does not have ISBNs. The records Paula added have Amazon info. Is that ok? What if he makes a hard link to his author blog? Is that an acceptable source?

Author blog is perfect.
