Brewin Brewin | 23 comments Thank you so much for providing this service to authors Tana,

To anyone else reading this, I'd like to add that this offer is only available for a limited time (a week? two weeks? we'll see), or until I blow my budget (since I'm paying for free versions out of my own pocket); whichever comes first.

Below are some of the comments from other critics:

"Tight storytelling and effective gameplay mechanics" - Digitally Downloaded.

"The new free-to-play model finally gives everyone a chance to see what all the fuss is about before parting with their finances. If the first chapter is any indication, it’s going to be an adventure well worth taking." - 148Apps.

"Infinite Universe's whirlwind intro is a great show of how exciting the genre can get with a thoroughly fleshed out choice structure ... (It) begins on such a strong note that its intro sequence is liable to draw you in even if you’re not a gamebook buff just yet." - iFanzine.

"Infinite Universe has a decent sci-fi story that, while intriguing, never takes itself too seriously ... The best part is that you can try out the first chapter for free before deciding if you want to buy the rest of the book, and at $0.99 per additional chapter or $3.99 for the whole book, this story is quite a steal." - Structure Gaming.

"Infinite Universe, the series' eighth outing, ends up being more gripping, interesting and playable than many of the triple-A titles on the store at the moment and it's one that will keep you coming back for more." - Trollish Delver.

...But what will YOU think?

Brewin Brewin | 23 comments Thank you so much for this initiative, but please note that unfortunately I have discovered that the logistics of offering a free review copy of my digital sci-fi "gamebook" Infinite Universe is too hard. Being only available through the Apple App Store where you buy additional "chapters" as in-app purchases, it doesn't work with gifts. :(

But if there's someway I can reimburse anyone downloading a copy to review ($4 US I think it is for all chapters), through a Paypal account for instance, I'm happy to do so :)

Cheers,
Brewin'
