Goodreads Librarians Group discussion

It looks like GoodReads looks for Amazon databases only to search for books. However Amazon is quite poor for non-English books. Any hope to add Google Books to the list of book databases? It contains a lot of non-English books. GoodReads does not recognize most of manually added books if they are not in English language, and there is no way to manually add the cover unless you are a librarian.

Things like adding a database to the list are best addressed in the Goodreads Feedback group -- the librarians can only work within the existing site.

(For this specific point, though, GoodReads does pull from all of the Amazon chain, which covers a large number of countries.)

The Amazon chain covers only France and German in EU, as far as I know. I will copy my issue to the group you suggested. Thank you.
