For the assassin it recommends a Red Stripe lager.

Odd, for some terms it starts playing music.
For other nothing .

I love "Name your Poison"! simple, clear, and has a good feel :)

If you *are* going to keep it (*SIGH*) maybe combine it with the news segment and name it after a different fantasy/sci-fi inn/bar each episode - The Pig and Whistle, Ten Forward, The Waystone, Purgatory, etc.

Man, chill out. It's actually on-theme with the name of our show, and the vibe we're trying to get across. We're imitating old English pubs (and their naming conventions) as a place to hang out with your mates, have a drink, and discuss your favorite books. We like it. That's why the set looks like a pub, too.

Scratch that, really sorry. I've gotten used to hiding all my hostility IRL and dumping it in uncalled-for places online.
I'm not keen on the segment, but it's really not a big deal. I don't like it being in there (and I guess I was a little scared that giving it a name would make it more official and "important"), but being a fan doesn't confer any ownership (a mistaken notion that slips into online thinking all too often), so I leave you to it!

Then "What are you drinking?" or perhaps "It's your round" would do.
I am partial to Grog and Gargleblasters, though ...
