Goodreads Authors/Readers discussion

I just noticed these new 'quotes from reviews' on my Amazon buy pages and I'm wondering if anyone is aware of how to change them? Is there a way to make recommendations to Amazon or do they use an algorithm of some kind to just randomly pull quotes?

Any insight would be appreciated. If you look just to the right of my reviews 'box' you'll see what I mean. These quotes are pretty good but I'm still curious if there is a change or request process:

You're lucky they pulled some decent reviews for your book. I've seen some recently that were kinda negative or "weird" and it said "20 other people had similar comments" so I think they are still working out the bugs.

It would be nice if you could at least "veto" a quote or two if the are out of context or don't make sense.
