Building a SciFi/Fantasy Library discussion

Hey everyone,

I'm in the very early beginning stages of creating a foundation or non-profit that will (hopefully) result in a Science Fiction and Fantasy library in the Silicon Valley area.

You can read more details about it here, but I just wanted to get my general thoughts about it out to the public and see what the response looked like.

Makes me wish I lived in Silicon valley.

That sounds like a great idea. I think you would want to get in touch with local libraries and schools in the area to spread word of your foundation and/or gather resources.

I definitely will be talking with local libraries and everyone in the future... but I have to get the foundation started first! I don't want to submit any paperwork until mid-January, so I can hopefully avoid any tax/income/donation/etc filings.

Good idea though
