Hey everybody! It's my first time to play Scavenger Hunt. I'm so excited :)

Hi guys! Hey Katya, we're on the same team again, lol!

Anyways, for a team name, I'm bad at coming up with names.

Hey Laura...welcome to the team and Amy - lover of books! I love the competition we have this time....This is going to be fun.

As for team names me too....let's see what everyone else comes up with....

Maybe something really mean and nasty.....Aggressive and tenacious?

Last time we were dark something - or - other.....hmmmm I'll have to think.

Anyone have any ideas of what we can call ourselves?

And how about a team leader? We need to pick one...any thoughts?

I'm Here!! I actually have NO IDEA what to do for this challenge, so Katya, you're going to have to help me along here!

Do we just read any books? and starting from when please? Glad I'm not the only newbie to this challenge!

Hey Kathy!!! We wait for the announcement after July 1st of what item to go with.

Let's say they pick "Flower"....then we help each other find books with Flower in it, on it....something like that.

We post the book we want to read and complete it that week if possible. Then come back here and say you finished it and a line or two of how you enjoyed it or not.

If that book about the flower had any other items on the list in it or on say like a "source of light" You can mention it also and get credit for it.

We can all help each other find books....offer suggestions, and cheer each other on!

Hey folks, what time zones are you all in? I am in Connecticut in the US...Eastern Standard Timezone.

I work during the day so I am not around then but I do have a tendency of going on in the middle of my night sometimes to chat.

I live in Illinois in the central timezone in the US.

Damn!!! Just had a message all written out and GR couldn't save it! Grrr!!

I'm in New Zealand, so basically while you guys in USA are sleeping I'm up! anything from around 8-12 hours ahead of you!

You each pick a book you have access to. Usually it is different, one. If you pick the same ones it is more likely coincidnece not choice. You will want to get your book read as fast as you can near the end to get your points first.

Im from Estonia, so time difference is quite big from USA 7-9 hours.

Hi All! I'm in Australia, so +10 GMT. *big wave to Kathy who's in my corner of the world*
This was a load of fun last round, and for those of you who are wondering how it all works, you might want to read through one of the threads from Round 1, it's fairly easy once you get into it.

Some more suggestions for names (trying to incorporate the number two as that is our team number):
Time-2-Read
2-Good
Six-2-Win
Tough-2-Beat

Hope some of that ends up being useful :-)

Oh and I'd be happy to help out with whatever's needed.

I should be good at the time zone thing...I have traveled quite a bit but I get horribly confused....so if it was 12:37 PM I did write that at about 10:37 PM or so-the night before you.

I have been compiling a list of books with 2-3 things in the book, so we can knock things out faster. I will post the books and the items. I think that is the way we can finish faster.

this is my first time so if any of you veterans have a word of advice, I would love to hear it. Get us prepped and ready to play ball

Yes, Ezinwanyi...I echo CaroB...the point of this is to read books that have as many other items as possible because the more points we gather the more team points we will win and the team who wins all their points first....well, wins!

Example: from the last SH someone posted this:
"I finished: .
Stars: Five (I love EVERYTHING Chloe Neill writes)

This book has:
Orange cover
Vampires
Witch
Paranormal Romance
Alone Female on cover

So she got five points for these items...even though the topic was an orange cover.

It is really important that we look for and suggest books to each other which have the most pack for their punch.

I think so...some of the changes this time around. When I get home from work tonight I'll dig around and make sure we have the rules so there is no mistakes made.

I'll have a look around too, Katya, see if I can see any new rules for this round.

Ok, found on the FAQs, 1st post "up to 4 items may be claimed from a book"

Another example is

It has Tree; Graveyard, Source of Light and Tattoo

We really need to decide on a name today though.
