Stuff a pillow or two in your shirt on your shoulder blades and hunch over to make it look like your a hunchback. Get dressed up in black clothes and hobble around with a cane/crutch. When people get to close to you, shout, "GET AWAY SCUM!" and try to whack them with you cane.
