Whenever people ask me what my mystery novel, "Mixed Messages," is about and I say the words "serial killer," their eyes light up. I know why I'm fascinated with the subject but I'd like to hear what others have to say.

Matthew,Please clarify. What do you mean by "I caught one"?
I don't know what the attraction is. I have 11 books published but Terror on the Beach has done the best. I have the same reaction when I describe it.
