-The heroine was a shifter who wasn't a mermaid but shifted into a shark like creature in the water with sharp teeth and high cheekbones (I think that is how she is described) and she might have a tail as well. Anyways she meets and falls in love with an Alpha Werewolf and she doesn't want to tell or show him what she is but one day when there is a big cookout one of his pack falls into the sea or ocean (?) and is drowning so she jumps in and saves him by shifting. The Hero sees and she tries to leave thinking everyone will hate her for what she is but he thinks she's beautiful and they stay together. If you know any book that goes like this or something similar...please help!
also, there is another book I'm looking for that is slightly paranormal, though I can't remember much...only:
-there are two brothers, or friends who fall for the same girl (they might have saved her?) and the only scene I can remember is that one of the brothers/friends is with her in the bath and she goes into heat or something and marks the one brother/friend while the other watches and is sad that she did not choose him. She tries to attack him when he goes to join but then she marks him as well.
Yeah not a lot to go on but any help is appreciated!
