The Mystery of Above - my wife and I were staying at a hotel in Menorca, one night while we were lying in bed I woke up to the sound of footsteps, heavy footsteps, trudging around in the floor above us. As I lay bed listening to whoever, or whatever, was stalking around up there I remember the check-in girl at the lobby saying as we checked in that our room was on the top floor. Yet, as I lay there in bed hearing that noise it did not sound like someone was on the roof more that there was a new floor above ourselves.
In the morning I discovered that this was indeed correct by checking the staircase. They ended on our floor.

I don’t have a favourite LGBT book but I am looking forward to In The Dream House by Carmen Maria Machado. My books are only available through Amazon so to answer your question whenever Amazon make them available.
Jamie Stewart
It did and don’t worry about it both stories are still available for 99p on Amazon.

This is certainly possible, message me via my Goodreads page and we can set something up.

At this moment in time I have removed my novel Mr. Jones from the market in order to make some finishing touches to the story. It will be released if all things go well sometime in the summer. The short stories will be released to the general public and added to my page throughout the year.

The idea for Mr. Jones was a lightbulb moment. One second my mind was blank and the next I had the novel's two main characters in my head, Mr Jones and Eli Donoghue. At the time I had been thinking about the author's motto of writing about what you know. I grew up in Northern Ireland and discovered that a lot of the fiction that is set there concerned a period in its history commonly known as 'The Troubles' that I had limited experience of. I felt like there was an opportunity to present a side of Northern Ireland that was different and important. With that in mind I thought about my own childhood, the things I enjoyed such as reading, writing and music. The story naturally developed around these ideas. I should mention that Mr. Jones is a work of fiction and merely inspired by my upbringing.

I'm currently working on a supernatural horror novel that I hope to be finished with sometime this year.

I work at writing like its a job by doing it everyday, even on holiday. This helps prevent writers block because I don't become out of touch with my characters or their situations. The trick in doing this is to not concern yourself with a high word court or even the quality of your writing (that's what editing is all about). My focus is to write 300 words a day. I got this piece of advice from Stephen King and hey he knows what he's talking about.
Jamie Stewart
I don't. I just write. I work at it like a job so I'm always writing.
