I grew up in a Christian home in Columbus, Ohio where I attended Ohio State University and graduated with a science degree. I commissioned into the United States Air Force as an aviator and met my wonderful wife Catherine while on assignment in Tucson, AZ.

For a good majority of my life, I believed Christianity was true, but I never really knew why. I floated through life not really having a passion for my faith or feeling a purpose within it. Much more so since I challenged my Christian faith and realized through prophecy that the Bible really does have God's hand all over it. I wrote From Prophecy Into History so that I could share my discoveries with others.

The catalyst which caused me to write the book came after reading parts of Josh McDowell's "Evidence for Christianity." In this book, I learned about the various non-biblical 1st and 2nd century sources which reveal facts about Jesus and early Christianity. When I realized I could show biblical prophecy fulfilled in non-biblical history, my book idea was born. (less)
