Barbie. What do you think?

This, from my friend Tanya Lee Stone.  You KNOW you have Barbie stories. You must.

Send them to her!

My next tween/teen book is a history of the Barbie doll and its impact on girl culture. As part of that project, I'm inviting kids to send me their stories. All the deets are on this link on my website.

Here is the schedule. Come to NY and get your teen lit freak on!  The only thing I will be doing is the ginormous signing at Books of Wonder, but I hope to attend lots of things as an audience member!

Fly Has a New Look

Oooh, I love getting cover art.

Random House, my publisher, is giving Fly on the Wall a fresh look that's going to be on books starting this summer.  Here it is!  There will be new flap copy, too, which I'm getting to work on.
In other news, I am going to finish reading all the contest entries over the weekend and will pick two winners!  Thanks so so much for all the laughs. :)
