I possess that desperate need to help and fix other people's brokenness, and whenever I see someone get hurt, I get sympathy pains and it seems I'm always the one on scene with a bandaid or other. But I'm definitely fiercer in nature than Finna. 😂😅 I have no qualms about protecting the people I love. I'm Killian. I love nature, my siblings are everything to me and no one will get to them without going through me first, I seek to encourage others, even from my own emptiness at times, and then find myself needing to take a break so I can truly give back without hollowing myself out entirely. I lose faith at times in the road and find myself needing the encouragement of others to hold me up so I can see again. I'm like him: I keep my feelings inside until I can't hold them in any longer, I am at home in the trees, I love swords and their history, I can feel resentment towards another when I don't understand the circumstances, but I can never hold a grudge for long and I always forgive and try to see the best in people, even if they let me down time and again. Trinity Vinton I really hope to publish (what will now be book 3) in September and perhaps the next one not too long afterward.

“But someone has opened the door to a dark room within me, and the light has been lit within, like a beacon shining in the dark. And all is clear, and yet, still hidden in shadow, and I finally understand some of what you tell me, because someone else understands. Life is an adventure, even unto death, which is only yet another. The road is worth traveling well.”
Trinity Vinton, The Rise of Ethrundson: Quest of a Thousand Questions

“Few from your world believe,' Killian replied. 'And of those that do, fewer yet understand.”
Trinity Vinton, The Rise of Ethrundson: Quest of a Thousand Questions

“There is the fear of despair, of giving into things because you see no other way and you do not want for harm to befall you if you protest. . .Besides this fear, there is the fear of defiance, of fearing something because you can't help fearing it because you're a man, but holding out anyways, even if it seems there is no way out, and seeking to stamp it out because you know it's wrong and you won't go down without a fight to preserve what you believe in.”
Trinity Vinton, The Rise of Ethrundson: Quest of a Thousand Questions

“We're wanderers in a foreign land, looking, but never truly seeing; exploring, but never finding what we seek for; striving for our very lives, but never truly living. That is, until we truly find ourselves.”

“The Light is goodness, this much I know. It is chivalry and nobility, it is honor, peace, health, love, and brotherhood; it is like a flowery meadow, a clear brook, or a flowing river--all that is beautiful and goodly. It is found in good deeds done duly well, in the simple plea of an innocent child, in the undying hope of the young, and the honest yearnings of the old.”
Trinity Vinton, The Rise of Ethrundson: Quest of a Thousand Questions

“I often think that perhaps it is a pleasant thing for the unwitting to reside in the knowledge of the unknown, for I feel folks there mustn't worry much, but for many, the notion of not knowing is exceedingly frightening in itself.”
Trinity Vinton

“All that is gold does not glitter,
Not all those who wander are lost;
The old that is strong does not wither,
Deep roots are not reached by the frost.

From the ashes a fire shall be woken,
A light from the shadows shall spring;
Renewed shall be blade that was broken,
The crownless again shall be king.”
