Because of some changes taking place with the publisher, I don’t have a timeline for when the book will be available at places like Amazon, Barnes & Noble, All Romance eBooks, etc. I apologize for that, but I simply don’t have that information at this time. Glad You Came was a long time coming (ha! *ahem*). Dade, Genevieve and Tony lived in my head for a long time before I was finally able to get to their story. And even though I thought I knew it several years ago, the trio surprised me several times. As happy as I am that I got to give them their story (and close the loop on a few other characters, not to mention the warehouse!), I’m a little sad the story with the gang from Sanctuary is over. But a new set of geeks have taken up residence in my head already and they’re all clamoring to get out.

I realized I normally share my playlist for a book and I hadn’t done that with Glad You Came yet. So I thought I’d share that today. This book, in fact the whole series, is definitely a story about family, learning about yourself and redemption. The playlist for this book certainly reflects those things.

“You certainly aren’t.” Tony stroked the side of Dade’s jaw, the quiet rasp of a day’s growth filling the space between them. “I always thought I’d have to be the one who stood up for Genevieve. Dade licked his lips. “Just protecting what’s mine.”

“As much as I would have liked to have said those same things, I know enough to accept what happened for what it was. To take what you said at face value.” Dade met Tony halfway, a building heat suppressing the cold night air as their lips touched.

Dade continued his forward momentum until he’d caged Tony against the car. He set his piss-water coffee and Tony’s glasses on the roof, darting his tongue between Tony’s lips as cars zipped past on the interstate. Dade sank into the heat and raw passion pouring from Tony and arched against him. He sensed Tony’s need to be claimed. Hauling Tony into one of the bathroom stalls to sate the need to brand him as his would satisfy them physically. But a quick fuck wasn’t the kind of mark Dade wanted to give Tony at the moment.

Breaking away, Dade kissed Tony’s collarbone, giving him the barest edge of his teeth before dipping his tongue into the hollow of his throat. Tony shivered. “I meant every word. With a lover’s touch, he pressed a soft kiss against Tony’s lips, using the faintest hint of tongue. “I let that happen for too long. And I will fight until there’s nothing left of me for you two.”

A quiet growl rolled from Tony as he tugged on Dade’s waist. Dade inhaled deeply, opening his mouth to take more of Tony in. An overwhelming wave of love pushed through him, the floodgate springing a leak seconds before a rush of emotion overtook him. “I’m at my best when I’m around you. With you and her. The need for your presence in my life isn’t something I can describe. I just know how I feel. How alive I am when you’re near—“

With just one week (!!!) to go before the release of the last Geek Kink book, I thought I would share the first taste of Glad You Came. Adult flags all over this one, guys.

Torture wasn’t one of Dade’s specialties, but he certainly had been doing enough of it lately. What he needed to do was stop staring. Something else he’d been doing a lot of. As the ultimate restaurateur, Genevieve knew how to set a mood so the restaurant appealed to the couple celebrating a romantic night or their child’s fifth birthday. As the owner of one of the few table service restaurants in Gatlin Falls, she knew how to appeal to the tourist and local alike.

From Dade’s vantage point, he had a clear view of the couple. And of Tony sliding his hand between Genevieve’s legs. She shifted closer, parting her thighs so Tony could delve deeper. The muscles of his biceps flexed and bunched as he worked.

Over the weekend, I put up a State of Sara that talked about changes. There are a few things to announce, but I’m going to roll them out slowly to space things out, and to help protect my sanity because there is a lot going on behind the scenes right now as I make some adjustments and try some new things.

First up: The month of November, I will be re-releasing the Sypricon Master series. This includes a lower price than they were offered previously. Each will be priced at .99 cents. I’m working on getting the various retailers populated with pre-order information. Right now one book is already active, the others are not. So, like I said, this is where I’m working to retain my sanity. LOL

The cover art mock ups are awesome! I’ll roll those out next month as details become a bit more finalized, and pre-order links go live at all the retailers. What I do know right now, are release dates.

Change seems to be the theme of my 2014. Which isn’t a bad thing. But it’s not entirely all good either, as there have been some changes that are beyond my control that have happened this year. But change means adapting and evolving. I’m willing to do it. Others…not so much.

Every August I set my goals for the coming year. I had those goals set, but those changes I was talking about have caused me to revise those goals. In fact, I tore up those goals and trashed them. It’s a brand new day in my world. And some exciting changes are afoot.

Next month, September 17th to be exact, will see the release of the very last Geek Kink series book. Glad You Came has been in my head for a long time, so I’m excited to see it unleashed in the wild. And since the first book of the series, I’ve been asked if Dade will ever get his HEA. He’s so special, I gave him two!

As for after September, it’s that brand new day I mentioned. Glad You Came is my last contracted book. Which simply means my schedule is mine to make of it what I will because I don’t have anything due to anyone at a specific time. But I do have a plan! I’m not quite ready to make an official announcement just yet, still have some pieces of the puzzle to get into place, but hopefully soon.
