A tell of an author using writing software (AI-driven?) templates is how words or phrases routinely repeat due to programming. The patterns are there for a reader to see, and once seen cannot be unseen.
It’s not a ‘bug,’ rather an intentional business feature ‘feature’ of an increasing majority of scifi genre’s authors and publishers.
