Fabler Audio and SonoLibro Partner with Pantomimus’ on YA Fantasy Book Series


(London, United Kingdom, July 20, 2020) – Pantomimus Media has announced two new Audiobook deals for its multimedia YA fantasy brand The Red Harlequin with Italian Publisher Fabler Audio and Spanish publisher SonoLibro. The deals follow an agreement with US audio book publisher Dreamscape Media who distribute the English language audio and ebooks worldwide.

So excited that Omnifilm Entertainment has acquired TV rights to the Red Harlequin!

UK-based Pantomimus Media has signed a TV development partnership for its young adult fantasy brand The Red Harlequin with Canada’s Omnifilm Entertainment.

Omnifilm (The Bletchley Circle: San Francisco) will create a high-end action-adventure fantasy series based on the brand, which began as a book series by Roberto Ricci.

Scriptwriter and showrunner Robert Butler (Creeped Out) and Rick Porras, coproducer of The Lord of the Rings, are attached to the project.

Brian Hamilton, principal and executive producer at Omnifilm, said: “Audiences are hungry for stories which connect epic fantasy and escapism with the issues of today. The Red Harlequin book series was made for television and has serious international potential.”

Published by Dreamscape, the audiobooks to all 5 books of the Red Harlequin series can be pre-ordered on Amazon and wherever audiobooks are sold.
