A New Hot Romance
I'm so thrilled to let you all know that I am publishing my first romance in almost 3 years in FOUR DAYS!
BROKEN FRENCH Broken French will be released on all Amazon, Google, Apple Books, Kobo and Nook on Monday April 26th.
"I heartily recommend this book to those looking to soothe their travel cravings from the safety of their couch, or to anyone whose catnip just happens to be a curmudgeonly, dirty-talking Frenchman with a big… yacht." ~ Natasha is a Book Junkie Blog
lol - that review made me laugh. But yes, it's steamy and fun and sexy, and sweet and emotional, and angsty, and all the very best things you love in a romance novel. (I had room for them -- it's about 500 pages of lusciousness).
R.S. Grey says Broken French is “A seductive sweeping romance. I was utterly addicted from the start. The entire book, from the extravagant setting to the explosive chemistry between Josephine and Xavier, felt like an indulgent French fantasy.” - RS Grey, USA Today bestselling author
Oh also - I'm publishing it under Tasha not Natasha Boyd as I will be making a small delineation from my historical fiction (which will remain Natasha Boyd)
I hope you love Xavier and Josie's story!
Love, Tasha xoxo

Fingers Crossed
Taking a break from romance was really hard. It was hard because I LOVE writing and reading romance. And it was hard because releasing a book right now feels like starting from scratch. It's hard to reach you, my readers, and when I do, you have a lot of choices out there. I hope that my consistently high standards for storytelling and great characters means you'll always buy my books, but that's all that is ... just a hope. And a wish, and a prayer, and ... SURPRISE:
ACCIDENTAL TRYST A romantic comedy, releases Tuesday.
I had so much fun writing Trystan and Emmy's story. I probably had more fun writing it than any book I've ever written. Up until now, I thought ALL THAT JAZZ held that spot. But now ...? Trystan and Emmy's shameless flirting and banter over phone, text and email kept a permanent smile on my face. When I told my agent the idea for this story at the beginning of last year, she expressed major doubts that a contemporary romance where the main characters don't actually meet for 80% of the book could work and still be hot as hell. CHALLENGE ACCEPTED! Their chemistry is off the charts and well, spoiler, so I'll shut up.
The book releases on Tuesday. Here are some preorder links:
Amazon US http://bit.ly/AccTryst
Amazon UK http://bit.ly/AccTrystUK
iBooks http://bit.ly/Trystanibooks
Kobo http://bit.ly/KoboAccTryst
Goodreads http://bit.ly/GRAccTryst
Standalone, no cliffy, steamy, funny and an all around good time. ENJOY! With love, Tasha xoxoxox

The Indigo Girl is now live
It's been three years of working on this book, THE INDIGO GIRL , and it is finally here. When I started out, it felt some days like a mountain too big to climb.
I'm not a true historian, so for me to decide take on a project of this sort was out of left field. But Eliza's story wouldn't leave me alone. Add the fact that I'm obsessed with blues of all shades, and have a particular affinity for indigo, and you could say it was inevitable.
You could also say that the idea became so big that I couldn't then say no to writing it. It may as well have been Eliza herself pulling at me through the ages and dragging me kicking and screaming through the pages of this book. The day the box of books arrived (my copies from the publisher), I looked at them and thought "Did I do that?"
Today, I get to say THE INDIGO GIRL has gotten a Booklist starred review, a Library Journal starred review, has received incredible reviews from book bloggers and online reviewers (thank you). And MUCH TO MY ABSOLUTE HONOR, I can announce that THE INDIGO GIRL is a Fall 2017 OKRA PICK for the Southern Independent Booksellers Association!
Is this my life?
I have had an incredible team at Blackstone Publishing getting the story out into the world, and I cannot thank them enough for everything they have done to get this story to today.
Dearest reader, I'd like to thank you for being with me on this journey. Sometimes it's hard to go off the beaten path, in fact, oftentimes it's terrifying. For me the path was romance. And this detour has been quite wonderfully eye-opening. This week I was surprised with several romance bloggers who had gotten copies on NetGalley and Edelweiss, and LOVED it too. I always knew romance readers were a voracious lot. We read anything and everything, as long as there's a great story! But this is NOT a romance. So without further ado, THE INDIGO GIRL is now live at all online retailers and available at your local independent bookstore.
I really hope you give this incredible woman, The Indigo Girl, a chance at venturing back into modern consciousness. We owe her a debt. A debt that can only be repaid by never forgetting her.

Deep Blue Eternity wins an award ...
A few months ago I was notified that my book Deep Blue Eternity was a FINALIST in this international writing competition run by Chanticleer Reviews and Media. I was pretty excited, and a little skeptical it was some kind of mistake, because apparently there were about 5 or more rounds of increasingly competitive judging, and sudden death type culling, and somehow I made it to be a finalist.
Then to find out that Deep Blue Eternity was announced as a FIRST IN CATEGORY TITLE, is beyond what I could imagine. I love this book. I love it and I hate it.
I love it because I adore Tom and Liv and the world they live in. I love their story and their slow fumble toward intimacy and trust.
I hate it because writing it was an emotional journey and people viewed it as my ugly stepchild of a book because it didn't conform to this light and fluffy Eversea world I'd created.
But over time it had readers who didn't read Eversea first and who appreciate the story on its own merit. Who don't compare it to anything. They allow it to live and breath on its own, and take it at face-value. I'm guessing the judges of this competition did that too. I couldn't be more honored by this award.

Jazz and Joey's Story is here and it's a doozy
A word from me about this book:
Today is a huge, huge day. For almost three years, people have been begging me for Jazz and Joey's story from the Eversea series. Well, it's been a long time coming, but today All That Jazz finally released into the wild.
Their story was so intense and Jazz Fraser just blew me away the more I got to know her.
Part of me wishes I'd followed my instinct and gotten this book to you sooner. And the other part of me knows it wouldn't be the book it is today without the time and experience it took to bring you the best telling of Jazz's story I could possibly manage.
Thank you so much for your patience and I hope you love their story as much as I enjoyed writing it!

Sale and Cake
Throwing cake in the title is totally not a ploy to get you to read this :-) I really do have some cake news.
But first: a sale. Do you read on Kobo? My book Eversea along with some other amazing titles by Jasinda Wilder, Cassia Leo, Bella Andre etc were chosen to take part in a May 35% Off Promo. You can use the code MAY35 to buy any and ALL OF THESE books if you live in the USA or UK. That's right, you can use the same promo code repeatedly on any of the sale books. Buy one or buy them all. In fact, use it on some thrillers that are part of the sale too.
Okay, now the cake part. In Eversea, I mention that Jack's favorite cake growing up in England was something called "Digicake". Since publication, several people have asked for this recipe and I did, in fact post it on my FB page many moons ago. I'll be sending it out in my next newsletter so if you aren't signed up... here's the easy sign up link

A SPECIAL PRICE TO SAY THANK YOU
Firstly, thank you for following me on Goodreads, and seeing this post. I appreciate you more than you know.
My new release Deep Blue Eternity goes live in a couple of hours. There's nothing like a forbidden romance, someone you shouldn't fall in love with, and a relationship that teaches you about love and forgiveness. Throw in a huge dash of sexual tension and denial and you have just a hint of what awaits you in DEEP BLUE ETERNITY.
I decided a few days ago that I needed a way to say thank you to all of you who are following me whether here, or on Facebook, twitter or subscribing to my newsletter. The only way I could think of was to offer the lowest price I'm allowed to so that those of you who support me and one-click etc. are getting the best deal possible. The only downside is I can't reach you all, because there are some markets where I don't control price. But I hope if you are reading this (and are able) you will take advantage of the low release day pricing!
Warmest regards,
Tasha x
