As to your question, I have not ruled it out per se, but the thing is that Odd Billy Todd was written to be a completed story, and as such I sort of wrote myself into a corner where a sequel is concerned. I have sketched several outlines for a sequel but all of them hit one block or another and end up in the dust bin because I can't seem to find a way to make it a good story. My rule for myself where this (or any writing project actually) is concerned is that it has to be a good story. It has to be worth it to the people reading or else it's no good at all. Thus far I haven't found the formula for producing that kind of sequel. I will say that should I ever come up with that formula then I would almost certainly use it and try to create a quality sequel to Billy's story.

I know this isn't a definitive answer but it's honestly the best I can give you. I never imagined Billy being so popular, but then if I had I might have done it differently and that, maybe, would not have been as good.
