As promised, we will follow-up on last week's Sermon on the Mount class with a similar overview of the Buddhist Noble Eightfold Path. Like the Beatitudes, the Noble Path is an instruction guide or "how to" manual for the unfolding of enlightenment (Nirvana/Paradise).

We'll touch briefly on the most fundamental Buddhist principles — the Four Noble Truths, then dwell of the fourth, which is the Noble Eightfold Path.
