My apologies for being scarce online, dear folks, but it's time to pour all my energies into finishing A PLAY OF SHADOW. Fear not, it's a glorious time for me, as an author. Threads are tightening, stresses are straining, and all manner of fun things are rushing onto the page.

I admit to being quite fond of this story and hope you'll feel the same. (It will be out this November, from DAW.) You can read some of PLAY for yourself, if you pick up the paperback edition of TURN, out this March 5th. We've tucked the start of chapter one in the back.
