Inspired by my readers

I’ve been gallivanting around this month, making appearances in three different states—well, four if you include Washington. I don’t mind traveling as the long flights are great opportunities for uninterrupted reading and knitting time. One of my favorite aspects of being an author is meeting my readers.  What you might not know is that your feedback has changed the course of my career any number of times.

If it wasn’t for your notes, letter and website messages there would be no cookbooks, no Christmas stories and no Cedar Cove series, TV or otherwise.  So thank you.  If you happen to be in any of the areas where I’ll be speaking please don’t be shy.  I love meeting you and as you might have guessed I’m downright friendly.  Keep an eye on my events page because I just may be visiting your community soon!

Nissa Marquart-Rhonda Bostick VTR 10-24-15

Here I am with Nissa Marquart and Rhonda Bostick, who attended a reader breakfast at the Victorian Tea Room this past weekend.

Brittaney Hope to come to a meet and greet sometime. Are you ever in California? I first fell in love with your movies and then just had to read the Christmas books.

I'm just finishing up "The Perfect Christmas" and I absolutely love the story.
