41012 was thinking yesterday of the bad weather we have had in Uk so far and had no summer as such and usually in september we get good weather an indian summer so though the topic for this month is all things indian , books based in India

yes most of the problems gone now from the system but the older books cause a few problems though

when you have finished either taking out or returning items you get a receipt

well to book books out you dont use a scanner its put on a pad which then knows what the book is etc the only thing you scan is your library card to take books out

41012 collected mine this morning as thought was still in transit as was returning book and librarian said got a book here for you to collect :) the normal librarian I see thesedays is one with a scanner, pad and a screen ( as my main library is a self service one open 6am-10pm)
