My new book is out on Amazon in ebook, paperback and hardcover forms. If you like poetry with an urban twist based on real life experiences, then you need to get this book! It will resonate in places where many poetry books just feel stiff and constructed for perfection. This book however, is about the grit and underbelly of urbanism in the parts many don't like to speak on, yet, the underside needs a voice too. This is the fourth self published book put out by Diamond Carbon. Her other books are: EXPRESSIONS: 98 THRU 07; The Metamorphosis: An Unfinished Novel Of Franz Kafka; along with Renascence and Other Poems (Edited and Updated by Diamond Carbon). Diamond enjoys writing her own books as well as finding old gems and reworking them, hopefully to appeal to a modern audience. Diamond lives, works and plays in Houston, Texas and is a self employed entrepreneur who is single and lives alone. Book bio: I recently self published a book entitled "My Book Of F *ck You" where I illustrated the book with several of what would not be considered my best photos. I did this on purpose as a way of saying, if people can't accept me at what could be considered "not my best" then 'THEY' shouldn't be considered, at my best. It's a book of satirical sarcasm, refreshing sass and "laying it on the line" for all to witness. Therefore, leaving the reader and viewer with no doubts as to the author's intentions of letting the world know that she is who she is. If you don't like it, 🖕🏾you, PERIODT! At the same time, it has advice and tips for haters on positive things that they could be doing besides involving themselves in dysfunctional behaviors and useless pastimes.
