If you're a librarian, you can remove them. Or you can tell me which ones they are, and I'll go get them. I like this list and don't want to see it ruined.

Thank you for helping! I'm not a librarian here but would love to be.

I swear there were two more but I'm not seeing them. I will respond again if I can find them.
Thanks so much - I love this list and don't want to see it ruined either.

Interesting. Projected for publication in 2019, only 3 ratings, and yet here it is. Was. Gone now.
#88 The Last Mrs Parrish
Gone.
#89 The Weight of Ink
Gone.
#90 Devils and Thieves
Gone...you know, to have 4 books in a row that have the wrong pub date is an unfortunate coincidence.

And gone.
Good eyes, Tracy. This is the time to clean that stuff out, before anyone has a chance to come along behind and vote for them. Once a book cements itself on page one after hundreds or thousands of people have voted for it, it's hard to justify removing it. If there is monkey business (a favorite expression of cranky librarians like me), some or all of these titles will be right back up again. But this is one of the luxuries of retirement: I can pop back and take them down again, especially if alerted.
Cheers.

Young people these days. *dark sulk*
Here we go. March, Book One, from 2013. Gone.

2017, Pachinko:

There are at least half a dozen titles here that are being reissued in 2018, and I didn't touch them. There are a couple being published in English for the first time in 2018 (French, Japanese), and I didn't touch those either. I only removed the blatant cheats--whether intentionally or not--and even so, that was a lot of titles.
That said, I've marked this list for notification, and I hit the site daily, usually more than once, so if these pop back up, or other spam is inserted, say the word and I'll come running with my red pen.

Thank you Donna!! The tidy tidy reader in me thanks you profusely! I love this list because its going to help me discover newly released books that are also well received. I appreciate your taking the time to straighten up the stacks!

The pleasure is mine, Tracy. These lists are actually why I became a GR librarian (back before it was an Amazon property). I wanted to be able to clean up good lists, rather than shouting into the dark, which is how it felt to me. Cheers, and have a good week.
