What’s the best thing about being a writer?

Lisa Logue It's hard to choose just one thing, but I would say that I love the reactions from my readers the most. Each new book feels like the first one all over again, and I always get so anxious to know whether someone liked my work and how it made them feel. The biggest payoff for me is having someone reach out to me, of all people in the world who has published a book, and tell me how much the loved my books. It's a humbling feeling and makes my heart happy!
