I LOVED "The Vanishing Year"! Great novel! I can't wait for your next one! My question is, did you name Henry after Henry Higgins in "My Fair Lady"? Except for being a sociopath, Henry and Zoe's relationship reminded me of Henry and Eliza Doolittle.

Indirectly, yes. Henry came out of thin air and then when I realized the subconscious parallels, I highlighted them. There's a sly reference to it when Lydia calls him 'Enry 'Iggins. Thanks for asking :)
