Hey Sherwood, I was wondering if you have any story ideas such as characters, items, or places that you've thrown out or given up on that I can use for one of my stories? The story that I'm thinking of is about an island where all story bits end up if they are thrown out or given up on. I've asked other authors so I can get a variety and some truth to the story. Sherwood Smith What a fun idea! Unfortunately, I wish my brain worked that way. I tend to get the complete "movie" in my head, then I write it, so I don't really get stories given up on. I do end up cutting scenes sometimes, but they wouldn't be much use as they tend to be conversations that I think repeat plot or emotional beats. Would that idea be helpful, conversations that fell between scenes and never got printed?

The only available editions I am finding are either e-books or paperbacks. Such a wonderful book would surely deserve an equaly great edition (maybe with a new cover as well?)!
