How do you get inspired to write?

Jess B. Moore I think I'd lose my mind if I didn't write. I've been staying home with my kids for 14+ years. I adore my children, smart and stubborn as they are, but it became a necessity to have something for me. I started writing, playing with ideas, and finding my voice. It's taken some years to complete a manuscript, get it ready to submit, and find a wonderful publisher. My first book, The Guilt of a Sparrow, is personal to me touching on many issues I've dealt with in my life, and that I think others can relate to as well.
