Ms. Angelini, I loved the world you created for the scions in the Starcrossed series. From the synopsis of Trial by Fire, it sounds as if you have created another type of universe. As you were writing, did you imagine how the scions and crucibles might intermix, or did you conceive of them as separate worlds?
