I'd like to start off saying I enjoy the series Tales of a New Word, can't wait for the fourth book release. My question is in regards to the series House of Night, both you and your daughter are published as the author. How does that work?

P.C. Cast I love Tales of a New World! Wind Rider is one of my fav books ever.

Kristin and I are not coauthors for the HoN books. She has always been my frontline editor for that series. She and I do coauthor the books in THE DYSASTERS series, though. We split the writing up by chapters according to which character's point of view is predominate in the chapter. If it's "my" character then I write that chapter. If it's "Kristin's" then she does. For climatic scenes where everyone is involved we literally sit together and pass the laptop back and forth between us.

Would you ever consider adding to the Partholon series? I have read the series a few times over the years and love it every time. I too love Anne McCaffrey's Pern series. I have also read that series multiple times. Your daughter Kristin's new series ROCKS, and I can't wait for the third book to come out! I would love to see something new for Elphame or Brighid.
