How do you get inspired to write?

Radine Trees Nehring Best of worlds! I choose locations I am familiar with and enjoy. I write a series, so most of my characters are long-time friends I like spending time with. And, ideas keep popping. Only problem, sometimes they keep me awake at night! I enjoy reading cozy mystery novels, and, for me, writing one is very much like reading one since I am what is called a "pantser" discovering the story as I write. (The term comes from writing by the seat of my pants, in case you wondered.) Thanks for asking!
