Hi Charles - I recently read your book and gave it 5 stars. I have included my amateur review, just for your interest. Can't wait for the next one =) So enjoyed this book. I loved the way the characters who fought and died on both sides, felt so real. I often wonder what made the common man fight on both sides of the conflict? This was explained so well, without getting into too much depth....

Toni, thank you so much for this and for your great review! I am sorry I did not spot this earlier - I have had my head down trying to finish book #2. It is almost there! Just a couple more chapters to crack. I really hope you and others will enjoy it as much as the first.
