Nahu Lanham asked Whitley Strieber:

I think you are a fantastic writer. Your books are believable. Very well written and exciting. I especially liked your early werewolf book about the person who became a part of a werewolf pack. Was that your private fantasy released in story form, or was it a metaphor about your independent, far-out, adventurous and imaginative inner self?

Whitley Strieber That book was called "the Wild." I'm glad you read it. Few people even knew it existed. I feel a closeness to the animal world, which it why I've written so much from the viewpoints of animals. So it was a fantasy, but also a metaphor about the pretty wild creature that I am.

I'm about to publish a novella called "Bob the Dog," which is entirely from the viewpoint of a stray dog. It will appear in ebook format on www.strieber.com, my book page, in a few days.
