*Shivers at the sound of cracked knuckles*
Yippers Sarah...I think of all her books, New Moon is the most guy worthy.

message 102: by [deleted user] (new)

A vampire story would be very interesting. I agree.

message 103: by [deleted user] (new)

I liked New Moon very much...but Twilight just beats them all.

message 104: by Paul (new)

Paul Well, I'm just making some toast and Marmite / Vegemite / Sandwich Spread / Cheese Spread.

Anyone want any?

By the way, if I haven't mentioned before, my word count for today is 3,760 (Dee, I think that that's the exact height of Mt Snowdon), and it's readable here: Just read Distress Call, 1 and 3.

But hey, enough about ne, how are you guys doing?

Mt Snowdon, where upon the castle was built with the dragon cave :)

I have to go back to the UK to visit Wales. Much of SOA is situated there, well in the first part of the novel anyway.

I agree with you Sarah, Twilight was the best in the series. It had the most Edward :]

Just Plain Ray (Ray_of_Sunshine) | 2557 comments Ech, I hate Vegemite

My friend made me eat it with a cracker *shudder*

Anyway, right now I'm writing a very gory scene to complete my word count

THEN I will start on Forever :]

Paul Hey folks,

The rugby has finished (for those of you who don't know, rugby is much like American football without the padding) and I've eaten my toast.

I'm still starving, so it's Dial a Curry or something noe.

My wonenfolf have gone a-neighbouring - albeit to the far ends of the country (Dee, they've gome to Norfolk; hopefully without the violet mists) so I'm doping for myself.

Se you in a bit,

Have fun!

I am reading the Ferryman by Ferryman Carole Sutton. Also re-reading the The Winter King A Novel of Arthur.

message 115: by [deleted user] (new)

Pops over to Paul's house for dinner. Hope the family doesn't mind, I will bring my own plate :]

Have a most wonderful dinner, I am going to get some writing done. Plus have to see Underworld tonight and write a movie review by Sunday morning.

Thanks again for the great party. You can keep the soft drinks, teas and cocoa for next time.

Catch you on the flip/flop :)

message 119: by Paul (new)

Paul Going to go to bed in about four hours and start reading 'Fair Blows the Wind' by Louis L'Amour.

Still reading 'The Annals of Imperial Rome' by Tacitus. Fascinating.

No, really, fascinating!

Enjoy!

Good night all:-)

Paul Well, the word count for the day is 3,983. It's still the film script 'Distress Call'.

The three portions can be read here:

That's distress_call_1.pdf, distress_call_2.pdf and distress_call_3.pdf.

Horrible description, Dee. It's not the tastiest soda (Diet Coke takes that prize) but it IS liquid sugar, and it's a lifesaver when you need a caffeine boost.

Paul Hey all,

Todays work 3,757 words - see the script Distress Call (parts 1 - 4 inc) here:

Dee, I've read SOA, Merlin's Prophecy. Really exciting, kept me up till about three in the morning finishing it off!

I'll read it again more carefully, making specific scene notes for a trailer, and then we'll discuss it in some depth. :-)
