We discuss a very FEW YA books. Most of them are current fiction. I have now learned of books that I never heard of. My TBR list is crazy long thanks to that group!

Just go on FB and in the search box type in All Who Love Books. There should be a box somewhere for you to check to add the group. Then, I will accept and you're in! You've picked a good time because we are voting on our April read. The voting ends tomorrow. I will check it today from time to time to see if you're in. Hope you love it!

I finally finished my research paper, which is due this evening! So happy that I can relax for a little while with one of my books this weekend without that hanging over my head!

Planning to get some cleaning and interior house painting done this weekend, in addition to working. :) Which sounds busy, but is so much better than my last couple weeks!

Anyone doing anything fun this weekend?

We are going to visit an exhibit with life like recreations of prehistoric creatures like woolly mammoths, and saber tooth tigers.
That museum is set in the middle of an arboretum, so we are going to fly kites in the grassy area afterward. I am excited to take my 9 year old, she loves science. :)

I've got my last exam (maybe ever!) tomorrow morning and then I'm settling back in, baking and doing plenty of first aiding over the rest of the weekend!

I'm out tomorrow night for a meal with a friend, then a cinema trip on Saturday lunch. Then me time on Saturday evening and Sunday :)

Anima, no it's a friends baby's 1st birthday. I'm not sure if il make it or not... I need to put in some serious gym time this weekend!

At least it is important for me, eventhough some of the people my age do not like celebrating their birthday :) (I love it, and think it's not that bad yet :))

I think birthdays should always be celebrated!!! I'm not going to make the party...I have another migraine. But I did manage to get an eye exam so hopefully that will sort the migraines out and if not a trip to the doctor may be on the cards.

Joanne - Hope you're feeling better! Migraines are awful.

It's a little better than it was yesterday, I was able to read today :) It's not my eyes though, which is a little annoying as that would have been the easiest fix. Hopefully tomorrow it will have improved more.

I just tried to put a hold on The Repeat Year for when it is released in May and none of the libraries in my consortium have it listed! That means that out of 37 libraries, not one is planning to get that book. It is, however, available on Amazon, which means I may have to buy it. Actually, I may request that my library get a copy, though I don't know if they'll make a purchase by request. I can't be the only one around here that would read it.

Good morning cathie I live in Kensington ,Md. Usa ,right outside the nation's capital ,wash.dc.,yes it is nice to have this heat wave so early in spring time ,it is balmy like Florida weather .

Vanessa - It's a book that I just randomly found. It comes out May 7. You should check it out and read it with us.

This week I entered a 10k run in the Mississauga Marathon, very spur of the moment decision!!! It's on May 4th so not long to train! I haven't had much reading time as a result as if I'm not working I'm at the track!

How has this week treated everyone? Anyone got any fun plans for the weekend? I'm going dancing tomorrow and then to a stag and doe on Saturday.

We just checked into the most wonderful Bed & Breakfast in Massachusetts! One whole wall in our room is covered with old and new books and it has that old book smell when you get close. :) I just picked up a book titled The Runaway by Kathleen Norris that was published in 1938. It has her monogram embossed on the front! I brought the Time Keeper with me, but I may attempt to read The Runaway instead. I'm just worried that I won't finish it and I'll have to leave it here.

Ohhh Kristie, what a wonderful haven for the weekend:-). I would personally go with The Runaway; what a treasure to find! I'd be asking the owner if I could buy that book, lol.
